Effective date: April 18, 2026
By requesting access to, accessing, or using Sonaryn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Sonaryn is
Sonaryn is a founder-run signal monitoring service that generates a daily email digest from the feeds you ask us to monitor. The service is designed to surface posts, discussions, and market signals that match your stated goals, such as competitor movement, customer pain points, or category shifts.
Sonaryn is not a social platform, broker, or data marketplace. It is a filtering and digest-generation service built around content from your own connected accounts and from public sources.
2. Service model and connected accounts
To deliver the service, Sonaryn may process content available through your own connected platform accounts, including session-based access you provide during onboarding, as well as publicly accessible content such as public Hacker News posts.
During the current launch phase, onboarding for some supported platforms is manual or semi-manual. This may include you exporting session cookies from supported services and sending them to Sonaryn by email so we can connect the feeds you asked us to monitor.
You are responsible for making sure you are authorized to provide access to the accounts, sessions, and content you ask Sonaryn to process. You must not provide access to accounts you do not control or are not permitted to use.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Sonaryn. You are responsible for the accuracy of the onboarding information you provide, for keeping your contact details current, and for cooperating if a connected session expires or needs to be refreshed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sonaryn to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others;
- impersonate another person or connect accounts you do not control;
- interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- use the service to harvest, resell, or redistribute content in a way that is unlawful or unauthorized;
- attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any non-public part of the Sonaryn service.
Sonaryn may suspend or stop providing the service if your use creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risks.
5. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Sonaryn's intended standard launch price is currently $19 per month. During the current validation phase, Sonaryn may collect early-access requests before live billing is available. Submitting a request does not guarantee access and does not create any payment obligation.
If and when billing begins, the offer is expected to be month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Any live billing terms will be presented before a user is charged.
Because Sonaryn includes founder-led onboarding and manual setup work, any refund requests for future paid access will be handled manually and in good faith.
6. Data handling summary
Sonaryn uses the information you provide to onboard you, connect the feeds you selected, generate your digest, and update your preferences over time. This may include your email address, onboarding details, cookies or session material you provide for supported platforms, feed content processed for digest generation, and any email replies you send to refine your goals.
Sonaryn does not sell your data or share it for advertising. For more detail, see the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party platforms and availability
Sonaryn depends on third-party platforms, infrastructure providers, and APIs. Platform rules, login flows, content availability, rate limits, or technical changes outside Sonaryn's control may reduce or interrupt the service.
Sonaryn may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, especially during the early founder-stage phase.
8. No guarantees
Sonaryn is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage of every relevant post, delivery at a specific exact time, or that every digest item will be accurate, exhaustive, or fit for your particular business decision.
You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on any information surfaced by the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonaryn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonaryn's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Sonaryn in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Sonaryn at any time. Sonaryn may suspend or terminate access if needed to address non-payment, abuse, legal risk, security risk, or operational issues.
11. Updates to these terms
Sonaryn may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If a material change is made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
